Wonderful product!
This was recommended by my PCP along with Myo+D-Chiro Inositol. I take 1 pill of each twice a day. I started this a year ago mid December of last year. I have lost 34 scale pounds but have gone from a size 16/18 jeans down to a size 12! This product is amazing! I have Graves Disease which has caused my thyroid to go hyper and I have troubles with energy. This has changed things quite a bit for me. It didn’t change anything with my thyroid levels as it is not meant to BUT all my other labs have significantly improved to normal levels and I can get normal chores like dishes, laundry etc done without the feeling like I just need to sit. I am not going to stop taking this! It is not an ozempic type supplement that makes you look too thin too quick and sickly looking, it is a steady slow change that your body can handle in a healthy manner. Better than Metformin for my PCOS/Triglycerides

I have PCOS and very high triglycerides despite being a healthy weight and running regularly. I have teenagers that were born via fertility treatments. The fertility specialist had put me on Metformin 18 years ago and I have remained on it because it made me have a regular period and lowered my trigycerides. I am 47 now. Unfortunately, Metformin causes GI effects for me that I really just couldn't deal with anymore. I read studies that said Berberine is having even better effects than Metformin on PCOS patients and my doctor said give it a try! I went off of Metformin and started Berberine in November. I just had bloodwork done (April) and my triglycerides are in the Normal range!!! I have had Triglyceride readings over 1,000 in the past, so a reading of 121 is amazing. I had a feeling it was working because I have had regular periods since starting Berberine. I am so happy that I don't have to go back on Metformin and deal with the GI issues. Two of my children have inherited high Trigylcerides, so I am going to reach out to their doctor to ask about them starting to take it as well. This has been lifechanging for me. I'm not one to write reviews, but if anyone else has similar struggles, I highly suggest Berberine.

Berberine Believer!
I’ve been having a lot of trouble in the past 2 years with overeating and snacking - a combination of stress and feeling super hungry all the time. I’ve gradually put on about 30 pounds because of it. I heard about this supplement so I started taking it at the end of June. It’s good to note that I am not really a supplement/health and wellness girlie, so I have never taken any kind of supplements before. The first week I had some minor stomach pain, but nothing crazy. Noticed I felt less bloated but no weight loss on the scale. Second week same thing. I thought I noticed a slight decrease in my cravings for snacks throughout the day, but looking back I think it was a placebo. I started to get discouraged since a lot of what I saw on tiktok people were already losing weight in the first 2 weeks.

I’m glad I didn’t give up because the third week is when it really started working. I noticed my cravings were gone and I didn’t need to eat as big of meals to feel satisfied. I’ve always needed to eat 3 full meals in addition to snacks during the day - now I eat a small breakfast or none at all, medium sized lunch, and either a medium or small dinner. When I go out to eat, I usually can no longer finish the portions of food!

As for numbers on the scale, I started at about 198.5 and this morning I was at 193.5. Those pounds all really dropped off during the third-fourth weeks, so I’m excited to see how much more I can do. I take this pill twice a day, 30 mins before breakfast and 30 mins before dinner. Definitely don’t take it without either food in your stomach or food going in soon. I did that once accidentally and I did get a little sick. Super greasy foods don’t really sit well with this one either!

End of Bottle Update: So, I finished the bottle! Got down to 185! 👍

Seems to really work

Took for the first time today and had no hunger cravings, which for me is huge. Hormonal hunger struggles are real and this really helped. There weren’t any stomach issues either, which I’ve had with other brands of berberine. I hope it continues to work for me.

 It works
Very important it does what it says. You can take half of the doors every day for maintenance. If you want it keeps your belly from getting bigger or fatter. If you will it does help your insulin resistance and it does help you in weight management however don’t take it for a long time because it also would reduce your muscles eventually but take it cycling on and off. It works perfectly.
